A Council Bluffs man who was arrested Wednesday faces charges of theft and burglary after allegedly stealing his grandmother’s jewelry and pawning it.
On Sept. 12, the woman noticed someone had gone through her jewelry boxes. Fingerprints were found at the scene on the jewelry boxes.
