Cops say woman fled store with clothes, jewelry - CT Post
ORANGE — A Shelton woman will be arraigned on Friday on larceny charges after she allegedly took $348 in merchandise from Kohl’s without paying.
Rachel Stephens, 38, had left the Bull Hill Lane store on Dec. 5 with the clothing and jewelry items but was detained by employees outside the store until police came, according to a Facebook post by the Orange Police.
Stephens was charged with sixth-degree larceny and released after posting a $250 bond.
