Two men charged with stealing jewelry, money from man - WITN - WITN
PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - The Pitt County Sheriff's Office arrested two men Saturday saying they robbed a man at gunpoint a week earlier.
Authorities say 22-year-old Khalil Mitchell and 22-year-old Marquell Ward used a handgun to steal a gold necklace, two gold rings and $400 from a man.
Mitchell and Ward are facing several felony charges including robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit a robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Both men are being held under a $505,000 bond at the Pitt County Detention Center.
