Police catch one of two men attempting to rob jewelry from South Park Mall - WOAI
SAN ANTONIO - Police have arrested one of two suspects accused of attempting to rob jewelry from South Park Mall.
Authorities were called to the Macy's at South Park mall at about 6:15 p.m. Police said one of the two men took off after trying to break into the glass of a jewelry case. He was arrested in a nearby Wendy's parking lot, with likely charges for criminal mischief. The other suspect is still on the run, police said.
Police said no shots were fired and no items were taken in the attempted robbery.
