Thieves steal $40K in jewelry from Clearfield jewelry store - Clearfield Progress
The Clearfield Borough Police Department are attempting to identify suspects in a jewelry theft that occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. Thursday night at Zalno’s Jewelers, located on Third Street in downtown Clearfield.
According to police, a group of individuals entered the store and distracted the staff while another male removed three trays of Jewelry valued at approximately $40,000 before leaving. Once the male left, the other male and female then left. The vehicle associated with the suspects appears to be a dark colored newer SUV, possibly a Ford. The suspects are also wearing the same clothing and the same black rimmed glasses.
