Sugar Land PD releases video of jewelry store theft - Chron.com

Sugar Land Police have released security video of a man they said stole more than $72,900 in jewelry from Plaza Jewelry Dec. 1. They're looking for information that could help them find him.
The video shows a man walking into the store at 14033 North Southwest Freeway, then speaking with an employee at the counter. He asks to see rings, which she pulls from the locked case. When the employee turns away briefly to get a calculator, the man grabs the rings and runs away.
He was last seen driving away in a white Jeep.
