Cops are hunting the thieves who nabbed $95,000 worth of jewelry from a Kings Plaza retailer on Sept. 1.

One of the crooks opened an unsecured display case within a jewelry store at the Flatbush Avenue mall near Avenue U at 5:10 p.m., slipping a tray flush with pricey bling into his jacket, while two accomplices kept a lookout, cops said.

Afterwards, the crooks hightailed it heading west along Avenue U, according to police.
