Contractor accused of stealing jewelry from home - KPRC Houston
HOUSTON - A Houston contractor is facing felony charges for stealing jewelry from a client.
Ronald Brewer, 37, who worked for Boudreau's Construction Company, was working on remodeling Cheryl Doss' bathroom.
Doss called police after noticing a gold bracelet and a diamond ring were missing from the jewelry box in her bedroom, according to reports.
Police tracked two transactions that turned out to be sales of the stolen items.
Brewer is accused of selling the stolen items to a jewelry store and a pawn shop.
