Police are looking for two suspects who allegedly stole over $18,000 worth of jewelry from Maria's Fine Jewelry in Hanford.
According to a store clerk, the couple said they were visiting and needed wedding gifts. The couple offered to pay in Euros and the clerk told them that wasn't possible. The couple then left a 100 dollar bill and said they would go get more money. Store employees noticed the items were missing once the couple left.
The clerk said the couple had accents that could be Portuguese or Spanish.
