Celebrity jewelry available to view, buy Tuesday in Duluth - Duluth News Tribune
Some famous jewelry is stopping in Duluth. Or if the jewelry itself isn't famous, then the people who wore it were.
From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Security Jewelers at 307 W. Superior St. will hold a sale of vintage, estate and antique jewelry, including pieces worn by Elvis Presley, Bob Hope, Elizabeth Taylor and others.
The collection is worth more than $3 million, with individual pieces for sale starting at $500.
"Pretty impressive for Duluth," jeweler Jack Seiler wrote. "Pretty impressive for Los Angeles."
