"People always ask us why do you win best of Bucks year after year and my answer is simple: We will do anything to keep our customers happy, period. We make sure we have a friendly approachable store. Most of our business is built on referrals. We want to make sure we wow our customers with every visit and exceed expectations," said Michael.
"We are Best of Bucks because no other store can do what we can do. We make sure we make our store a one-stop shop. Even if it is something we don't carry we get it for our customers and we really will do whatever it takes to keep our customers in this store. We offer old fashion service that you just don't find in today's stores.
"We are celebrating 40 years in business this year. We are very lucky to be in business for 40 years, we are also very lucky to be Best of Bucks since 2007. Without our customers none of this is possible. We consider our customers friends. Being in business as long as we have we have seen several generations of families shopping in our store. It is a great feeling. I am truly a lucky guy, I grew up in Lower Makefield and always wanted to open a store in my home town. I am living my dream every day," Michael concluded.
