Thieves hit high-end jewelry store in Galleria area - Chron.com

Police are searching for five men who dashed into a high-end jewelry store Tuesday, smashed glass display cases and snatched jewelry in the Galleria area.
The heist happened about 5:50 p.m. at de Boulle Diamond and Jewelry store at 4444 Westheimer, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said four men entered the store and shattered three display cases, grabbed high-end jewelry and left. A fifth man was driving the getaway car, described as a black Nissan.
So far, they have eluded capture.
The men wore black hoodies, police said.
