Thousands in jewelry stolen in a Buffalo break-in - Buffalo News
Nearly $7,000 worth of jewelry was stolen Friday night from an apartment on Progressive Avenue, according to Buffalo police.
The victim told police at 10:20 p.m. that someone kicked in a rear door in an upper apartment in the 40 block and took gold chains, rings and bamboo earrings. Police listed the value at $6,800.
