Impress Jewelry Creations opens in Granger - WNDU-TV
People gathered in Granger on Tuesday to celebrate the opening of a new jewelry store.
Bill and Stacy Martin are inviting people to the grand opening of Impress Jewelry Creations on University Drive.
The couple has around 20 years of experience in the jewelry business.
Martin says Impress offers a number of American jewelry brands, as well as stone setting, cleaning and repair.
Bill spoke of their pride in making their own products, "Not all things are possible. Swiss watches are still made in Switzerland, as they should be. But when we're talking about manufactured jewelry items, absolutely, there's a level of pride in building something ourselves. It's one of the reasons we've dedicated so much space here to our studio which is almost 50 percent of our footprint."
The martins gave away $5,000 worth of jewelry to some lucky customers.
