Heidi Montag launches jewelry line inspired by son Gunner Stone Pratt - Page Six

Seems Spencer Pratt isn’t the only crystal obsessive in the family.

Heidi Montag has launched Stone Love, a line of handmade jewelry featuring gemstones and beads sourced by the former reality star herself.

“I started working on Stone Love two years ago, so it was before Spencer had Pratt Daddy Crystals,” the 31-year-old “The Hills” alum told Page Six, adding that a collaboration would “probably be a good idea.”

Montag’s partner in the project is Kelsey Leonard, the MTV star’s former dog sitter. After noticing Leonard’s “incredible” handmade jewelry, Montag asked if she’d be interested in a collaboration, and the brand — which includes 30 styles priced from $48 to $125 — was born.

It’s just a California, outdoor, kind of goddess-luxury feel. Something that you’d wear and feel like a princess in the woods,” Montag said of her designs.

Each one-of-a-kind piece is hand-strung by Leonard; Montag is learning, she said, and will contribute physical labor to the next collection.

The brand’s name was inspired by Montag’s almost 10-month-old son, Gunner Stone Pratt, whose (literal) taste in jewelry helped inform his mom’s designs.

With Gunner, most necklaces I wear have to be chewable,” Montag said. She added that a “mommy and me” collection is next on her agenda, including bracelets for both boys and girls.

“As Spencer would say, it’ll be gender fluid,” Montag said. “So it can be for a boy or a girl, or any gender baby.”
