MAC artist talk featuring local jewelry designer Lily Winter - Herald Review

MacRostie Art Center (MAC) has announced its February series of Artist Talks, an evening with jewelry designer and entrepreneur Lily Winter.

For nearly a decade, Winter's signature style of jewelry has been that of re-purposed silver trays and painted metals. Her business savvy has proved beneficial in the jewelry world as she has been selling her unique and well-crafted wares as her primary source of income for the past six years. But Winter attended nine weeks of coursework under jewelry instructor Alan Revere and the experience drastically changed how she thinks about design.

Join the MacRostie Art Center on Wednesday, Feb. 20 from 6-7 p.m. The Artist Talks Series takes place on the third Wednesday evening of each month to provide the public with the opportunity to meet and learn about regional artists.

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments, coffee, and snacks will be available.
