$10K worth of handmade jewelry, dog’s ashes stolen from Oregon man’s minivan - KGW.com
TOLEDO, Ore. — An Oregon man said he woke up earlier this week to find thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry he spent months creating were stolen.
Brion Kuebler said he noticed Thursday morning that the door to his minivan was open. It was parked on Main Street in Toledo, near Newport.
Kuebler said dozens of gems valued at roughly $10,000 were taken. He told KGW he worked on the jewelry for 10 hours a day for months.
“This is a pretty big hit. I have buyers lined up…I don’t know what else I can do,” he said.
Making matters even worse, Kuebler said his dog’s ashes were inside the van and stolen as well.
Anyone with information that can help solve the case is asked to call the Toledo police department.
