TRUMBULL—Thieves stole at least $32,000 worth of jewelry from the Pandora store in the Westfield Trumbull mall, police said.
Police are looking for the public’s help to identify two women and one man suspected in the heist, which took place sometime before 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2.
Video surveillance shows the man breaking into a display case while one of the women distracts a salesperson, police said. The second woman helped him empty the tray of jewelry into a bag.
“The two then quietly leave the store,” said Trumbull Police spokesman Lt. Keith Golding, in a statement. “The third female ... leaves the store a few minutes later.”
Police shared images of the suspects on Facebook last week but were still looking for leads Monday.
People with information about the incident or the suspects can submit an anonymous tip online or via text. They can also call the police department directly at 203-261-3665.
